Musical Play Class Policies 2011
Please do not bring food and drink into the classroom, with the exception of bottle and breast feeding.

Refund Policy:

1.Any cancellations must be made before the start of the 2nd
class and will be charged a $15 processing fee
and refunded the remainder.
3.There will be no refunds given after the 2nd
class.
4. All refunds will be paid by cheque.

Please remove your
shoes before class.
There is space in the
cubbies in our hall.

Make Up Classes

Due to a reduced schedule in summer, there are no make-up classes available. For your convenience, when possible, there is a six or 8 week option to accomodate your holidays.

FEES ARE NOT PRORATED FOR CLASSES MISSED.

For safety reasons, no older children may accompany babies to Jollyjumpers classes.
Siblings may accompany older children on a ONE TIME, PRE- ARRANGED basis.
Photographs taken in class are sometimes used for promotional purposes without remuneration. If you object to this, please notify us in writing at the time of registraiton.
Please notify us in writing if your child has any severe allergies or medical conditions we should be aware of.
Loss or injury: Jump Start Music is not responsible for any loss or injury incurred directly or indirectly from participating in the program.
Signature on the registration form releases Jump Start from all liability, costs or claims, including legal or medical expenses; including but not limited to liability resulting from someone’s negligence.
