Refund
Policy:
1.
Cancellations made 14 days or more
before the first class will be refunded the cost of your program
minus a $15 processing fee.
2.Cancellations made by the start of the 2nd
class will be charged the deposit amount
and refunded the remainder.
3.There will be no refunds given after the 2nd
class.
4. All refunds will be paid by cheque.

Make
Up Classes- Fall & Spring Only
**Please
note that there are NO make-up classes in Summer. Please choose
a 6 week option if you are going to be absent.
1.As
a courtesy you are able to
make-up up to 4 classes per
semester when possible.
2.In
the case of prolonged absence,
(trips, etc.,)please arrange a make-up
schedule at registration time, or your
first class.

**Please note that Jump Start reserves
the right to refuse make-ups.
3.
Classes must be made up at the studio at which you are registered,
during the semester for which you are attending.
4.To maintain class quality, we limit the number of guests visiting
to two.

For
safety reasons, no older children may accompany babies to Jollyjumpers
classes.
Siblings may accompany older children on a ONE TIME, PRE- ARRANGED
basis.

Photographs
taken in class are sometimes used for promotional purposes without
remuneration. If you object to this, please notify us in writing
at the time of registraiton.

Please
notify us in writing if your child has any severe allergies or medical
conditions we should be aware of.

|
Loss
or injury: Jump Start Music is not responsible for any loss or injury
incurred directly or indirectly from participating in the program.
Signature on the registration form releases Jump Start from all
liability, costs or claims, including legal or medical expenses;
including but not limited to liability resulting from someone’s
negligence.
