Come to any one of our mom and baby fitness classes, to help you strengthen your body and get back into shape after baby's born.
(4 weeks post-partum+ with your doctor's aproval.) Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, and North Shore locations available.
Bounce Back North Shore
A 55 minute, indoor core and body strengthening class, specially designed to help you look and feel your best after having your baby. A special North Shore version of our Bounce Back class includes Latin Dance moves!

  • This class is taught by a licensed Dance - Movement therapist.
  • Information about postpartum exercise will be provided.
Features:
  • A workout your baby can enjoy with you!
  • Working on losing the "Mommy Tummy", with special attention to closing stomach muscle separation. (diastasis)
  • Improving posture- strengthening all the right muscles to avoid a hunched over appearance from carrying your baby and nursing
  • Kegel exercises will be included to help restore bladder control.
  • Resistance bands, ball activities and more, all set to child-friendly music, will help you to bounce back to your pre-pregnancy energy levels while having fun with baby.
