Bounce Back class includes Latin Dance moves!

on losing the "Mommy Tummy", with special attention
to closing stomach muscle separation. (diastasis)
- Improving
posture- strengthening all the right muscles to avoid a
hunched over appearance from carrying your baby and nursing
- Kegel
exercises will be included to help restore bladder control.
- Resistance
bands, ball activities and more, all set to child-friendly
music, will help you to bounce back to your pre-pregnancy
energy levels while having fun with baby.
