Field Trips

Day Care Centres and Preschools

Looking for a fun field trip for your day care or preschool? You have come to the right place!

At Jump Start, we offer 1 hour field trips that grab kids' imagination, with such activities as:

  • singing, bouncing,
  • creative movement
  • circle dances
  • instrument exploration

Field trips can be tailored to meet your centre's needs:

  • If you have a large number of parents coming, we can do more "partner" activities.
  • If you have just a few parents coming, we will do more independant activities.
  • If you are working on a thematic unit, (ie farm animals, etc.) we may be able to incorporate this into the class.

Field trips are available at the Main Coquitlam and Maple Ridge studios only.

Cost of the visit:

  • regular field trip rate starting September 2003 is $3 per child. (Adult helpers and teachers are complimentary)
